Chimp Chump

Ok I can appreciate that there was a recent news story about some 911 call where some lady's friend was attacked by a chimp, but is this really a good opportunity to draw a parallel with the stimulus bill? It really borders on direct rascism in a time that has no place for it.

I guess I remember when cartoons, even political ones, were supposed to be funny.
