This from the LA Times. Apparently this company Custer Battles has zero security experience and yet was given a no-bid $16 million contract to provide security for the Baghdad Airport. Now their under investigation for wrong-doing. Can we hold anyone accountable? Seriously? If we ever thought ethics meant anything to the world, now would be a good time to change the way we're doing things.
