Ummm... so is that admission from the GOP that Bush fucked up? Or are we supposed to accept that FEMA is a piece of shit instead of making it better? I mean let's parse this statement outright. If the gov't couldn't run the Katrina cleanup well, something Mitt is obviously stating, then how is not fixing that somehow a better way to manage the country? Sounds to me like dickhead can bitch about the current situation while at the same time intending to keep things running just as they are.
