Segregated Iraq

We're back to this plan again:
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The U.S. military is joining forces with the State Department to prepare a new Iraq strategy that includes negotiating cease-fire and power-sharing agreements with some enemy combatants, U.S. officials said Wednesday.

Power sharing agreements. In other words, a divided nation with individual sects sovereign to their section of the country. Problem is, what about Sunnis that live in the Shi'ite neighborhood? I guess they'll solve that with a little micro-ethnic cleansing.
