I think something's leaking

It appears that Bush's hold on Iraq's new government is even worse now according to this article on Salon, a leaked memo from National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, criticizing al-Maliki as either ignorant, dishonest or incompetent, might be the cause of Bush's planned meeting with al-Maliki and King Abdullah of the Saudis recent and unexpected cancellation. Earlier this year Bush was practically being pushed around politically by al-Maliki and now it looks as though the Iraqi PM is making a symbolic gesture... something akin to the silent treatment I guess. Al-Maliki met with Abdullah earlier in the day and refused our pathetic er glorious leader.
