Well the title of this post represents two things. First that it's been a week since I posted last(sorry guys). Second that our Congress has given up the good fight(as if they were ever fighting it to begin with). John Stewart's Daily Show had the best commentary on Condi Rice's confirmation hearing. No one attacked her record save one. Even Dems like Pelosi just paraded her overewhelming experience(what experience? oh that's right, the past four years of lying), her strong determination(in pushing lies), and her exceptional ability to recognize the winners in college athletics(hey they asked the questions, I just watched it on C-SPAN). Her response to the one criticism of her push to sell a war that was unjustified was that "Saddam had... cavorted with terrorists" Or as John Stewart put it: Oh so Saddam was having a lively or boisterous fun romp with the terrorists. Yeah, we've got to put a stop to that.
