One of the things that irks me to no end about the Bush team is their insensitivity to an alternate viewpoint. Check out this article, a couple of FEMA workers(yes, workers) were sent home because they came too close to a Bush campaign event wearing the wrong t-shirts.

Josh is right, and Pete you're not totally wrong. What happened at that film screening is someone being an asshole. What happened to these FEMA workers is a violation. In fact, the Bush administration has been very sick when it comes to preventing any dissention near their speeches. Part of the reason why several of his overseas visits get little news time is because the protests outside of this country are unbelieveable. But it's not politics. It's not some dems getting pushed over by the rethuglicans, it's Americans being abused and infringed upon. These people weren't even protesting, read the article, they just wore the t-shirts, nothing else. Do you think it's right for anyone in America to be arrested because of a t-shirt?
